Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit teams, ensuring high-quality client service.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Oversee the delivery of complex audits, managing budgets and timeframes.
- Support the firm’s growth by driving business development initiatives.
- Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements - ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Demonstrable leadership skills and experience managing audit teams.
- Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date with relevant accounting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
