The Role
Our client is looking for a Site Manager to manage and support HealthCare project with a value of up to £10m. Experience across Newbuild developments specifically within the Healthcare industry is essential for this role.
As Site Manager, you will be reporting directly to the divisional Director and your duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Providing technical support and advice when required
* Running the day to day duties on site
* Supervising the sub-contractors on site and managing all H&S measures
* Daily, weekly and monthly preparation of reports

About You
You will need a valid SMSTS, Black/White CSCS and First Aid. Any other relevant qualifications would be beneficial.
Experience managing projects upwards of £5m with several sub-contractors on site would be beneficial but not essential. This is a long term position so they are not wanting a job hopper, this position will be able to offer stability and ongoing work across London.
They are looking for someone who is capable of successfully running a team of operatives, someone who can conduct themselves professionally in the working environment and a team player.
