Location: Tewksbury, Gloucestershire (Must have full UK driving licence)
Hours: 12pm - 8 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £27,000 per annum

Job Description

Our client, a well-established and growing business, is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Commercial Team as a Field Sales Executive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, and is passionate about driving sales through direct customer interaction.

This role would be perfect for someone with an outgoing and confident personality, looking for a start in sales!

Key Responsibilities of a Field Sales Executive

* Actively engage in door-to-door canvassing, promoting local delivery services to potential customers.

* Serve as a brand representative, sharing company's mission and values in a professional and compelling way.

* Communicate clearly and effectively about our products and services, backed by a thorough understanding of our offerings and delivery network.

* Address customer concerns with a positive approach, guiding conversations to overcome objections.

* Collect new customer information and ensure it is passed on to the appropriate departments for processing.

* Travel to designated areas as required to reach target audiences.

* Work towards achieving set sales targets and adhering to pre-planned strategies.

* Ensure all work is carried out in line with company policies and procedures.

* Take on additional responsibilities as directed by senior management.

Key Skills of a Field Sales Executive

* Must hold a full UK driving licence.

* Strong self-motivation with a positive, can-do attitude.

* Ability to pass a DBS check (supported by the company).

* A fast learner who can work independently and show initiative.

* Excellent communicator, able to build relationships and influence at all levels.

* Highly motivated with a positive outlook and a strong sense of commitment.

* Confident when interacting with the public and meeting new people.

* Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.

* Reliable and hardworking with a strong ethical approach.

* Previous experience in sales would be a bonus.
