Fund Accountant

£60,000 + Bonus

Cobalt are currently working with one of the world's leading investment managers in their search for a Fund Accountant to work across their most prestigious portfolios.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for crucial elements of some of the company's largest global funds. This opportunity comes with great room for progression within a globally recognised brand.

This is an ideal role for individuals looking to make that first move from audit/ accounting practice and/or fund administrators

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly investor reporting
• Assist Fund Controllers with the valuation process, preparing the investment valuations for Fund's quarterly pricing committee
• Review the financial reporting of the Fund's vehicles (inc. review of NAV and dividend calculations)
• Assisting with global tax compliance
• Manage and be responsible for the fund's investment performance measurement
• Managing monthly and quarterly reporting
• Stakeholder management across the investment team, client services, third-party fund administrators and auditors

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA - recently qualified
• Audit - Big 4/ working experience within Real Estate is essential
• Sound knowledge of UK/ US GAAP & IFRS is desirable
• Interpret complex financial information
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
