A relaxed but collaborative construction consultancy is seeking a Building Control Surveyor and/or Registered Building Inspector (RBI) to provide Consultancy under the BSA 2022. This role will be a flexible role which requires you to work from a prestigious London location once a week. Despite the very flexible nature the team are very sociable, and they have exceptional staff retention rates.

This Construction Consultancy mainly have projects within the core sectors, this includes several very prestigious contracts. This consultancy is offering a great opportunity for a Building Control Surveyor and/or Registered Building Inspector (RBI) an opportunity which provides excellent career progression to Senior Consultant/Associate Director

Principal Designer (BSA 2022) Responsibilities

They will be responsible for site inspections over a varied portfolio, which will allow for an exciting time as each week and month will be different. They will be confident within design meetings with clients providing design compliance consultancy under BSA 2022, ensuring designs will be compliant with building control legislation.

Principal Designer (BSA 2022) should possess

A Class 2 Registered Building Inspector (RBI) or 2 years of experience as a Building Control Surveyor
A member of a professional body: CABE/MICE/RIBA
A degree in a technical building qualification: Engineering/Civil Engineering/Architecture (preferable)In Return?

£60,000 - £70,000 Basic Salary
