Someone capable of delivering high-quality projects while managing a diverse range of challenges? This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a dynamic team delivering a range of drainage / watercourse framework projects in the Leeds area.DUTIES:
• Liaise with the client to identify scope of works, present a solution and then deliver within agreed timescales
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Ensure project milestones are met in line with programme
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations
• Report progress, budget, and any issues to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders
• Resolve any site issues promptly to keep the project on trackTHE CANDIDATE:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on civils projects in a local authority setting
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of drainage (installation, repair & maintenance)
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of workers and subcontractors
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective relationshipsSalary / package:
