What You'll Do:

• Oversee outsourcing & third-party governance
• Enhance compliance & risk controls
• Influence AI-driven governance strategies
• Manage audits, regulatory changes & stakeholder relationships

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in outsourced operations (offshore preferred)
• Supplier/commercial management expertise
• Ability to translate international regulations into action
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
