Quantity Surveyor

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a main building contractor based in Buckinghamshire.

The organisation have an excellent reputation in the construction industry for delivering quality schemes ranging from £500k to £25million in value.

Projects include new build, fit-out and refurbishment within the residential, commercial, retail, education & health-care sectors.

Job role: Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE)

Duration: Permanent

Location: Buckinghamshire & London

Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:

Prepare tender and contract documents
Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc
Undertake cost analysis
Arrange payments and value completed worksKnowledge and skills:

Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure ans use own initiative
Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role
Knowledge of construction and commercial awareness
