Your new companyThis innovative software company creates bespoke solutions for their clients across the UK & US. They are committed to working through complex problems with their clients to ensure the best possible solution for them and their end user. Due to company growth, they are now looking for a Head of Client Management to lead a team of Account Managers and pick up a portfolio of high value clients. Your new roleYour new will sit as part of the Senior Leadership Team and will have responsibility for the group account management function covering customers, products and revenue streams. You will take personal responsibility for key customer relationships whilst also providing support and leadership for the team to ensure commercial standards are maintained. You will also manage the team to ensure strong customer relationships are built and will monitor these engagements against contracts to ensure the service delivery is in accordance. What you'll need to succeedYou will have previously led a team focused on customer relationships and will have managed and nurtured high-value customer accounts with great success. Any exposure to the tech industry would be beneficial alongside knowledge of publishing and intellectual property, especially within digital entertainment. What you'll get in returnYou will be offered a salary between £70,000 - £80,000 alongside a benefits package (please call for more information) and also the opportunity to work fully remotely for the business.
