Salary: £13 - £14/hour

A client of ours in the Ipswich area are recruiting an HR Administrator to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time temporary position for six months, working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying £13-£14 per hour. Hybrid working available after a successful probation (minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home).

£1,000 bonus after the full duration of the contract is carried out.

Key duties in this HR Administrator role will include but are not limited to:

First point of contact for recruitment processes.
Arranging interviews and co-ordinating diaries.
Liaison with agencies and candidates.
Booking of interview meeting rooms.
Assisting with candidate feedback process.
Booking any travel or accommodation requirements for managers.
Onboarding processes, such as reference checking new and leaving employee.
New starter forms collation and action.
Assisting with the distribution of induction and training schedules to Line Managers.
Any wider tasks needed in the small team.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator position:

HR/Recruitment experience.
Good IT skills and proficiency in the Microsoft packages.
Highly organised.
Excellent communication skills.
Available immediately.
