Salary: £28k-£30k basic | £55k OTE

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing role. Property experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • A results-driven attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach, eager to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and provide them with comprehensive information about the development and properties available.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to reservation, providing expert advice and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct property viewings and respond to client needs, offering tailored property solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth sales experience.
  • Assist with marketing events and promotional activities to increase visibility and attract potential buyers.
