Job Opportunity: Full-Time Practice Manager (Monday-Friday)

Location: Dulwich (SE22)

Salary: up to £40,000 per annum

Key areas of responsibility:

• Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and addressing staff issues.
• Financial Management: Monitoring income and expenses, managing accounts receivable, generating financial reports, overseeing billing and insurance claims.
• Patient Relations: Handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing patient complaints, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Compliance: Adhering to HIPAA regulations, infection control protocols, and other healthcare standards.
• Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
• Administrative Operations: Managing office supplies, maintaining equipment, coordinating facility maintenance.
• Leadership and Communication: Leading team meetings, facilitating effective communication between staff and dentists, and fostering a positive work environment.
