- Work closely with consultants to ensure that invoices are correctly issued to the correct client contact, and that queries are quickly resolved.
Outstanding invoice management
- Take ownership of all temporary contract workers invoicing. Ensuring correct Purchase orders and other client requirements are managed accordingly.
- Dispatch weekly and monthly manual invoices.
- Ensure invoices are issued on candidate start date.
- Ensure all invoices are posted correctly to the finance systems.
- To resolve and perm or temp rate queries, providing fee analysis where necessary.
