Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Plumber to join our team for projects within the North and East London areas. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in social housing properties. Your role will involve working on both new builds and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.

*

Ensure plumbing installations comply with safety and quality standards.

Work efficiently with other trades to meet project deadlines.

*

Carry out inspections and maintenance for both new and existing properties.

*

Maintain accurate records of work completed.

Qualifications & Skills:

NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.

*

Proven experience working within social housing or residential construction.

*

Full UK driving license.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*

Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.

*

CSCS card (or equivalent) is preferred.
