Office Manager with Production industry experience needed to lead an exciting office relocation project based in West London. You will have led an office move and or re fit previously and be confident dealing with IT/Facilities and all general office move duties. The candidate will need to understand the importance of edit suites and technical aspects of the new office re fit for a production company. 3 months estimated, ASAP start, based onsite 5 days a week.

As a priority you will:

Liaise with construction/IT/suppliers to ensure smooth running of processes

Be knowledgeable around Health and Safety procedures involved in an office re fit

Work closely with the Office Manager and Production Team to ensure brand essentials and standards are met

To be successful you will need:

Experience taking charge of an office move and or office re fit

Production experience or similar

Office Manager or Project Management experience in production
