We would really like to hear from candidate who have experience on Liftdata and coordinating service engineers.About the role:* Answering calls and emails on service queries and directing to the right department.* Coordinating service engineers, including weekly service schedule.* Logging breakdowns and repairs* Issuing work completion certifications* Ad-hoc admin tasks including ordering and reportingAbout you:* Excellent communication and organisation* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally Liftdata* Attention to detail* Ability to think of your feet and prioritise tasks.
