We are pulling out all the stops to find a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a genuine exciting role. We are currently representing an ambitious construction main contractor based in North London. They provide very high end building expertise to the new build, fit out and refurbishment sectors, predominately working alongside very wealthy clients. They focus on a can-do attitude to provide the highest standards of safety, environmental protection / enhancement and quality project delivery.

They are keen recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially run a £23m project in the West End of London. The project involves the structural refurbishment and fit out of an existing residential property with an extension to the upper floors and opluent finishes. On offer for the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor is an opportunity to be commercial lead on a fabulous high end scheme, with a long term path into taking on operational responsibilities within the organisation.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a background and be competent on the day to day commercial issues of an on-going site. Other pre requisites include:

* The Senior Quantity Surveyor will Ideally have experience within the construction London market

* Experience JCT D&B contracts.

* Formal Quantity Surveyor qualifications.

* Strong communication skills.

* Commercially and technically competent.

* Live within commuting distance of Central London
