Solicitor - Fee Earner - Wills & Probate

Wills & Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts, Estate Planning, Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax.

Location: Lincolnshire. Office based / Hybrid.

Commutable from Louth, Skegness, Lincoln, Boston, Sleaford, Grimsby. Office 3 days per week and up to 2 days working from home (if desired).

Salary: £35k to £45k (dep on exp) + Excellent Benefits

This is a Full Time, Permanent position.

My client is a reputable Law firm based in Skegness, Lincolnshire, which provides a comprehensive range of specialist legal services to clients across Lincolnshire, the East Midlands and beyond.

As part of exciting business development and growth, my client is now looking for an experienced Fee Earning Solicitor to work within their growing Wills & Probate private clientdepartment.

You will be responsible for assisting with allocation of work within your department, as well as assisting with training and supervision of junior team members.

The Person

Ideally we are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 4 years’ experience of handling a range of Wills & Probate cases, from start to finish, advising on and drafting of the following:

• Wills
• Probate
• Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection
• Trusts
• Estate Planning
• Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax

You must be a team player, as well as be able to work on your own initiative. IT literate and be able to work effectively on a case management system. You must also be willing to participate in business development activities, something which my client prides itself on in helping its reputation grow.
