Temporary Administrator
Full Time to December 2024
Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours
Milton Keynes - office based
£24,300 per annum, £12.46 per hour

My client is looking for a temporary Administrator to join their Disconnection Team until December 2024. You will support the team with administration regarding the disconnection process. The role requires good administration skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a complex environment with conflicting demands.

Temporary Administrator Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the team in scheduling all disconnection requests from suppliers in accordance to their request and SLAs
Test dialling equipment following disconnection
Providing support and information to the field team while on site, ensuring field team are provided with all the necessary information to successfully carry out the work required.
Supporting internal and customer reporting and ad hoc needs.
Document and assist in the resolution of customer complaints, escalating where necessary - ensure the complaints process is followed

Temporary Administrator Key Personal Attributes required for the role are:

Able to work in a complex environment with conflicting demands
