Credit ControllerLeeds (4 days in office, 1 from home)Up to £32,000 per annumWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Credit Controller to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients business by effectively managing debt exposure and ensuring timely payments.Key Responsibilities:* Maintaining and releasing customer orders.* Ensuring timely payments from debtors and contacting customers for overdue payments.* Logging and resolving disputed invoices or account queries.* Assessing the creditworthiness of customers, including running external credit reports.* Collaborating with external debtors and internal colleagues as required.* Handling other ad hoc tasks as requested.Requirements:* Proven experience in credit control or a related field.* Strong communication and negotiation skills.* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.* Familiarity with credit assessment tools and processes.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Package:* Competitive salary, up to £32,000 per annum.* One day per week remote work option.* 25 days of holiday, bank holidays.* Company pension contribution of up to 10%.* Private healthcare with the option to add family coverage.* Global Income Protection (PHI).AGY - Vitae Financial RecruitmentWe Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
