We are actively seeking an Estimator to join an established Fit-Out Contractor based in Bradford due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to work on a wide range of commercial projects providing high-quality bespoke joinery. This is an office-based position primarily however there will be occasional site visits as required.

Joinery Estimator Job Overview

Working for a Fit-out Contractor based in the Bradford area
Officed based occasional site visits as required (expenses covered)
Managing and overseeing multiple projects at any one time (2-5 at one time)
Bench joinery experience and knowledge
Negotiating prices
Meeting customers/clients
Projects typically between £100k and £500k - some bigger projects round the £1m figure

Joinery Estimator Job Requirements

Full driving license
Experience in estimating in a similar role
Strong Excel skills
Bench joinery knowledge/experience is advantageous

Joinery Estimator Salary & Benefits

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
25 Days Holiday - Increasing on service
