As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will take a leadership role in designing high-quality electrical systems for substations while managing and mentoring a small team of engineers. • Design Leadership: Lead the design of electrical systems for substations, including HV and LV systems, protection schemes, and layout configurations.

• Team Management: Manage and mentor a small team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

• Project Delivery: Oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and timelines.

• Technical Excellence: Conduct technical reviews and ensure designs comply with industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in electrical design, with a strong focus on substations and power distribution systems.

• Proficiency in using design software and tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar.

• Deep understanding of HV/LV electrical systems, protection relays, and control schemes.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Professional accreditation (e.g., IET, CEng).
