The salary for this position is up to £30,000 per annum.

Package for a Team Leader:

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, hours 9am - 5:30pm and 1 in 2 weekends.
Location: BanburyKey Responsibilities of a Team Leader:

Managing, coaching and motivating Agents
Tracking and measuring individual and team goals and targets
Ensuring customer expectations are met
Providing support to the team with high-volume calls or escalations
Encouraging the team to achieve high standards of performance and customer serviceKey Skills and Experience of a Team Leader:

Experience leading a team in any industry (e.g. contact centre, retail and hospitality)
Good communication skills
You should be able to think independently and work within a team
Motivating and inspiring team members
Creating a positive communication environment
