About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding our client's market presence in the sea and air freight sector. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies that align with the company's expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within sea and air freight.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, freight forwarders, and carriers.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients and partners.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and sales forecasts to senior management.
Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory requirements.Requirements:

Proven experience in business development within sea and air freight logistics.
Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, trade routes, and market trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
