About the Role:

As HR Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team.
• Managing complex employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary procedures.
• Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of their people.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Driving HR initiatives to foster a positive and engaged work environment.
• Managing a small team of 3.
