A Local Authority in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Senior Housing Allocations Officer for an initial 4-month contract.
As a Senior Housing Allocations Officer, you will:

Manage your own caseload while providing potential mentoring support to a team of 5 Allocations and Choice-Based Lettings (CBL) Officers.
Carry out Part VI S202 reviews, with prior experience in this area being highly desirable.Experience Desired:

Solid experience in Part VI services.
Expertise in Allocations and Choice-Based Lettings (CBL) is preferred.
Proficiency in using Locata is essential.
