Are you an experienced and qualified Multi skilled Engineer looking for a new opportunity? My client have an exciting position available in the London area for a skilled individual to join their team. You will be responsible for providing maintenance services in their commercial site, ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems.

First line response for all planned and reactive maintenance on all M&E plant
Carrying out PPMs on pumps, motors, drives, AHU's, LV switchgear, PLC's, SCADA systems
Generator testing
UPS maintenance
Emergency Light Testing
Fire Alarm Testing
Small electrical works - rewiring, replacing sockets, lighting upgrades, changing lamps
All site HVAC PPMs
Reactive plumbing PPMs
Escorting and liaising with subcontractors regarding call-outs, installations and major services
Documenting all works via our clients E-logbook systemRequirements

C&G / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations
18th Edition
Min. 2 years commercial facilities maintenance experience
Experience maintaining LV/HV systems
