We have an exciting opportunity available in Kingston for a Criminal Justice Recover Practitioner.

This role is co-located within probation offices as part of Dependence and Recovery, aimed at improving continuity of care upon release from prison. You will be case managing clients on probation alongside Probation Practitioners.

Role Summary:

* Responsibilities:

* Assess the needs of clients.

* Deliver effective interventions.

* Complete detailed reports.

* Work closely with our criminal justice and other partner agencies.

* Requirements:

* Experience working within substance misuse.

* Knowledge of criminal justice or a related Health and Social Care setting.

* Empathetic and non-judgemental approach.

* Ability to work with a wide range of challenging issues and behaviours.

Start Date: ASAP (Immediate start with potential to go permanent)
