This role is based in Stevenage in a critical environment

Oversee a small team and distribute work accordingly
Ensure all pre-planned and reactive maintenance is up to date and in line with service level agreements
Organise Subcontractors and escort on site when necessary
Provide technical advice when needed to support any team queries
Ensure health and safety is adhered to at all times
Keep records up to date
Complete AP Training if the successful candidate does not already have thisIdeal Candidate

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
18th edition
Experience working within a facilities maintenance environment
