We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join our client who is a highly reputable, expanding law firm based in Maidstone.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to solicitors.
- Prepare and manage legal documents, including court forms, correspondence, and client files
- Assist with scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings
- Communicate with clients, court staff, and other legal professionals in a professional manner
- Conduct legal research and compile information as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of the legal profession
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
