Senior Sales Executive required for our client located in Strood, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Senior Sales Executive will assist to successfully present and negotiate offers and helping where necessary to progress and manage sales

The Senior Sales Executive will ideally have prior experience in real estate and sales with knowledge of the current market conditions.

Senior Sales Executive Remuneration

• Basic Salary: Up to £22,750 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)

• On Target Earnings: £27,000 - £32,000

• Car Allowance: £2.500

• 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

• Holiday Commission

Senior Sales Executive Requirements

• Previous experience in a real estate with valuations exp

• Minimum of 6 Months prior experience in a similar role

• A full driving license & own vehicle

• Great customer service
