Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our residential and high-rise construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion with high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

* Manage daily site operations.

* Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and policies.

* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.

* Monitor project progress and report to senior management.

* Maintain health and safety standards.

* Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

* Resolve on-site issues promptly.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in site management for residential and high-rise projects.

* High End, Residential, RC Frame, High Rise, & Flat Knowledge & Experience

* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication abilities.

* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
