Francis of Malvern is seeking a dynamic and experienced Flooring Sales Manager to lead and grow our flooring business. With two established stores in Malvern and Tewkesbury, we offer a wide range of flooring solutions for both domestic and commercial customers as part of the Francis Group of Companies.
About the Role:
As the Flooring Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of both direct employees and subcontractors. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, driving sales growth, and maintaining our strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and competitive pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and manage staff to ensure exceptional service and top-quality installations.
* Build and maintain relationships with both domestic and commercial clients.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
* Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
* Manage budgets, sales targets, and performance metrics.
