Empowering Learning requires a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School in the Middlesbrough area.

Role Details:

Location: Middlesbrough area
Hours: 5 days a week, 8:15 AM - 3:15 PM
Start Date: January 2025 with potential for temp to perm

Responsibilities:

Supervise and care for children in the classroom.
Assist the lead teacher with the curriculum and activities.
Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of the children.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Communicate with parents and provide updates on the child's progress.
Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Previous experience with young children.
Strong communication skills for interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and passion for working with young children.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
Basic understanding of child development principles.
DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
