Executive Assistant - Investor RelationsWest End London£55,000 - £60,000Permanent / Hybrid (3:2)This is a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a Private Equity firm which covers a global remit. You would be supporting two fundraising MDs and the wider Investor Relations team. The successful candidate will be proactive, ambitious and eager to get stuck into a demanding role within a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do:As an Executive Assistant within the Investor Relations team, you will manage relationships with investors and stakeholders as well as organising investor events. Other duties include:

• Supporting two MDs and Investor Relations team
• Prepare communication with Investors e.g. press releases and quarterly reports
• Manage and maintain the Investor Relations CRM system (DealCloud)
• Coordinate complex international travel including visas and transportation
• Expenses
• Exemplify adaptability by taking on adhoc tasks
• Maintain company’s Investor Relations website

Who you’ll be:The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced, more of a unstructured/start up environment, where you can have real input on bringing new ideas and improving processes. This role will require previous experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally from financial services where you have had exposure to supporting a similar environment. Other key attributes include:

• High level of organisation and a detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Keen interest in Investor Relations and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team
• Impeccable written and verbal communication
• Professionalism and a strong work ethic
