My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Strategic OD Partner on a Permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, evaluating, and refining the Organisational Development strategy.

What's on offer:

Salary: £52,000 - £57,000*based on experience

Hybrid working
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

Fostering and maintaining collaborative relationships within the function, while developing a shared understanding of potential long-term developments.
Identifying opportunities for improvement within their area of work, managing changes to consistently deliver the highest service quality.
Promoting the effective use of digital technologies and innovation both within the council and with external stakeholders and partners.
Partnering with Executive Directors and leadership teams to develop forward-thinking people strategies that align with and support the delivery of functional business plans.About you:
You will have the following experiences:

Extensive experience in a similar role.
Demonstrable experience of developing capability, mitigating risks, and delivering results.
Demonstrable knowledge of the critical factors in planning change.
Local Authority experience is essential
