Estimator - Joinery & Fit-Out Projects

Location: Elland, West Yorkshire

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Estimator looking for an exciting new opportunity? My client is a well-established company providing high-quality services to commercial, retail, and residential clients. With a strong track record of delivering multi-million-pound joinery and fit-out projects across the UK and Europe, they continue to grow and are now looking for a talented Estimator to join the team.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to manage fast-paced projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with our production and project teams to prepare accurate and competitive quotations for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Estimate and quote for manufactured joinery and site work.

* Manage the commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion, including project programming.

* Oversee projects from enquiry through to final accounts.

* Monitor job costings and take responsibility for a variety of joinery tenders.

* Working closely with both manufacturing and project teams.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Experience in estimating joinery, shopfitting, or commercial fit-out projects.

* Knowledge of both site works and factory-built joinery estimation.

* Background in joinery, construction, or a related field.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

* Goal-driven, deadline-focused, and detail-oriented.

* Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills.

* Strong communication skills, both internal and external.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Calm and focused under pressure.

Job Details:

* Permanent, Full-time (9-5 office hours)

* £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
