I am currently seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join a Fire & Security firm in the West Midlands.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating fire risks and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.

The companyare currently experiencing growth within our fire department which has enabled them to bring in another valued team member.

Duties: - Conduct thorough assessments of fire risks in various premises using their bespoke fire safety software - Identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate control measures - Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations - Collaborate with clients to develop effective fire safety strategies - Provide guidance on fire safety procedures and emergency evacuation plans - Keep abreast of current fire safety legislation and best practices

Skills: The successful candidate should possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards - Suitably qualified (e.g., FPA, level 3 or above FRA, NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate) - Fire door inspection excperience - Ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders - Proficiency in system design for fire prevention and protection - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

PACKAGE: * £30k-35k starting salary based on qualifications and experience. * Full training and regular CPD training will be provided
