We are seeking a Senior Administrator to join a dynamic investment firm with ambitious goals and a forward-thinking approach. The firm raises capital for various products and industries, including property and films. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that is involved in the creative process of financing major film projects.
Job Description:
- Manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Management of two Junior Administrators
- Utilise DocuSign for efficient document management and processing.
- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation.
- Oversee certain business accounts, managing financial transactions and maintaining meticulous records.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, providing information and routing calls to appropriate team members as necessary.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional services and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A keen eye for detail, especially when dealing with accounts/expenses financial information
- Extensive experience with DocuSign
- Proficient in managing AML documents and understanding compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the finance or investment sector.
- Proficiency in Excel using formulas and experience with document preparation and modification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate as the main POC for clients.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.

This full-time position is based in the office, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm, and the possibility of some overtime.
