Distribution Operations Manager (pharmaceuticals)
 
Working for a family run business that is at an exciting stage of growth, with new products looking to enter the market. This company offers a great benefits scheme including 7% pension, dental and medical cover, life assurance scheme and sick pay.
 
The purpose of this role is to oversee the introduction and onboarding process of new accounts (distributors and wholesalers within pharmaceuticals), being the main point of contact for supply chain and customer interactions, demand planning for the unit and working cross functionally with product launch, supply chain and sales teams.
 
Any suitable candidate will require the following:

Industry experience within pharmaceuticals
Experience in onboarding and developing relationships with wholesalers and distributors
People management / leadership skills
Great communication skills to work across teams and departments
