Description
- Handle and process transactions
- Responsible for collecting cash across the debtors ledger
- Maintain accurate records of all retail transactions
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in retail transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Support audit processes as required
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
