We have a great setting in NW London seeking a Nursery Room Leader to join their experienced team. Set in a character property, this setting offers spacious, airy rooms and a large outdoor area, all extremely well resourced and with purpose built facilities. They are close to the tube, are well served by local bus routes and can also offer free parking onsite.

The team is dedicated to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can grow, learn, and explore at their own pace. Their ethos emphasises hands-on learning, self-discovery, and respect for a child's natural development.

As a Nursery Room Leader you will manage the classroom and ensure a high-quality educational experience for all children. You will play a key role in implementing the curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the individual needs of each child.

This role is full time either 4 or 5 days per week. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily classroom management, organisation and the implementation of the curriculum
Plan and prepare engaging, age-appropriate activities for the children
Observe and record children's progress, and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environmentKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Relevant full and recognised childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, Montessori Diploma, etc.)
Previous experience gained in an early childhood setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about early childhood education and child development
