If that's the case this role is for you. Working for a Head of Finance, who is new to the role, you will assist him in building an effective and strong team which will deliver the practice's objectives and create a positive, forward thinking environment. The key aspects to this role are as follows:

• Managing a portfolio of c.100 clients, primarily SME owner managers
• Varied aspects of work for the above encompassing year end accounts, VAT Compliance, personal and corporation tax
• Managing client expectations
• Successful delegation of work to the team along with mentoring the team to achieve their goals
• Reviewing the team's work
• Involvement in bringing in new clients
