We are seeking a dedicated Property Paralegal with a keen interest in commercial or real estate development. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to advance their career in a dynamic and professional environment, focusing on property law.
Day-to-day of the role: - Assist with the preparation of legal documents related to commercial and real estate development.
- Conduct legal research and provide support on property transactions.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property deals.
- Manage and organise case files to ensure information is kept up to date and accessible.
- Support senior solicitors with the drafting of contracts and lease agreements.
- Handle correspondence and perform administrative duties related to property law cases.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations in property transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably within property law, focusing on commercial or real estate development.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and property law principles.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in legal research and the use of legal databases.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Relevant legal qualifications or training in paralegal studies.
