I am seeking an experienced and driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team in West London. As part of a market-leading house builder, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to prospective homebuyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to contract exchange and completion
• Conduct viewings and provide comprehensive information about our new homes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and competitor offerings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in new homes sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required
