A local Witney based Primary School are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team working in the Year 3, two-form team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a Childcare setting and possess strong leadership skills. As a KS2 Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing quality education and care to young learners.

September 2024 start

Location - Witney (OX28) - great commute

Experienced Teachers & ECTs/NQTs welcome. Must be QTS qualified.

Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher - KS2:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English to the KS2 (year 3) children
• Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Communicate effectively with the KS2 parents and colleagues
• Implement educational activities that promote the holistic development of the Witney based children
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning space
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall educational experience

Requirements for the Primary Teacher - KS2:

• Have a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
• Implement positive behaviour management with children aged 7 - 11 years old.
• Work well with support staff in your classroom.
• Plan engaging, inclusive, education-based lessons, from a sound knowledge of the national curriculum.
• Follow safeguarding procedures
