Predominantly Remote Role

We are partnering with a reputable housing association seeking a Commercial Estate Manager to join the Commercial Estate Team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. In this key role, you will manage a portfolio of workplaces, oversee Estate & Facilities Management services, and ensure Health & Safety compliance.

This is primarily a remote position, with occasional travel required to Hampshire and London. We are looking for candidates based in Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, or Devon.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a portfolio of workplaces across the region.

Ensure effective Estate & Facilities Management services.

Manage Health & Safety compliance across all properties.

Lead and develop the Estate Management team.

Manage budgets and deliver excellent customer service.

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and compliance.

Requirements:

Degree-level education.

IWFM Qualification (Level 4 or higher).

NEBOSH General Certificate.

Proven experience in similar roles.

Strong team management and leadership skills.

Experience in budgeting and financial management.

Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.
