Technical Analyst - Warrington/Hybrid - 40k

As a Technical Analyst, you will be helping my clients users resolve technical issues with various software applications on a day-to-day basis. Assisting with technical support on projects where necessary.

KEY SKILLS

• Investigating new software that is to be rolled out within the business as well as researching existing software to ensure business efficiency where needed.
• Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times for delivery of solution.
• You have the ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts.
• Definition and documentation of business and functional requirements including best practices and continual improvement.
• Act as interface between business functions and IT technical resource
