We are looking to speak to immediately available Customer Support Specialists for an on-going interim assignment for 3 months, starting ASAP.

Job role: Customer Support Specialists

Hourly rate: £13-£14ph

Key Responsibilities:

• Admin tasks for customers (admin checks, cross checking data)
• Customer communications - managing queries
• Cross checking financial data from finance customers
• Providing timely and accurate solutions to customer issues
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Identifying and resolving customer problems efficiently

Skills and experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
