Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments for patients in an acute inpatient setting.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide effective, patient-centred care.
Develop and implement treatment plans to support patients in their rehabilitation and recovery.
Manage a caseload of patients with a variety of conditions, including post-surgery recovery, trauma, and general acute illnesses.
Participate in discharge planning and provide ongoing support to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant professional standards and regulations.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and team development.
The ideal candidate will:

Hold a valid HCPC registration as a physiotherapist.
Have proven experience in an acute inpatient physiotherapy setting, with a solid understanding of managing complex cases.
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
Be adaptable, proactive, and able to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
